Unfortunately, our experience was marred by poor communication from the staff. Initially, I had some flexibility with my breakfast due to a medical condition, but this was mishandled, causing unnecessary stress. It felt like management lacked basic empathy, which left a sour taste in my mouth.

I can’t believe how much I enjoyed the tranquility in the pool area. The luxury suite we stayed in had its own semi-private pool which let us soak away the stress of the world, feeling like we were on our own little island! We took the ATV out for dinner, and got this amazing recommendation from the staff for a local eatery where the food was just heaven! Such attention to detail, they really care.

It wasn’t cheap, but you know, for what we got, it was worth every penny.

The noise levels from nearby areas were sometimes bothersome during quiet hours.

The welcoming arrival and attentive staff created a truly magical experience. Each morning brought a delightful breakfast with a wide selection, particularly enjoying Japanese food. However, transportation can be pricey, and obtaining taxis was difficult at times. Additionally, while the rooms were clean and well-maintained, noise from adjacent areas disrupted a few nights of rest.

We had such a fantastic time at this resort! The pool area was stunning, and we loved how close it was to the beach and all sorts of restaurants. Plus, the staff was incredibly helpful. just a shoutout to Victoria for always making our day brighter. It was perfect for the family, including my mother.

My kids wished there had been more family-friendly activities on-site.

More fresh fruit options at breakfast would be nice.

We had an amazing stay with a lovely surprise of fresh fruit and chilled wine waiting for us in our room. The relaxation options like the outdoor swimming pool and spa centre made our time feel so refreshing. The only downside was the limited options nearby, but it’s perfect for a chill getaway. 😊

Had an awesome time with friends! We loved the floodlit tennis court and enjoyed playing every evening. The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast choices were great, although fresh orange juice could be a little pricey. Definitely recommend asking for rooms close to each other if you're traveling as a group!

One thing that slightly bothered me was that there were no cooking stations during breakfast. For a resort like this, I expected things like fresh omelettes to be available.

Had such a great time at this place! The Master Junior Suite had stunning flowers on the balcony, and the spa treatments were fantastic! The Greek mojito by the pool was a must-have!

We recently stayed at Santorini Kastelli Resort for 7 nights, and it was an amazing experience! The grounds are stunning, adorned with vibrant bougainvillea flowers, and our room had a cozy corner perfect for relaxing. We loved the semi-private pool shared between three rooms, which was a fantastic bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to help, making our stay feel extra special. Additionally, the location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, local bars, and restaurants.

The hotel was simply beautiful, with charming

architecture and lush gardens that made every moment enjoyable. However, the gym's late opening hours were a bit inconvenient for early risers. Still, the overall experience was delightful and the staff were very helpful.
